Job Description

What you will do: Deliver IT services and capabilities that provide tools for Aspects staff students and participants to effectively provide or engage with our services. Some key accountabilities include:

  • Lead and manage the Workplace Technology function ensuring IT services run efficiently and meet business needs.
  • Oversee the IT support team providing guidance structure and mentorship to improve service delivery.
  • Lead the team handling user provisioning and deprovisioning ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee vendor relationships ensuring IT contracts align with business needs.
  • Establish a software management process tracking and maintaining corporate applications.
  • Manage the infrastructure and IT Support capabilities to ensure effective partnering with business units to deliver integrated solutions in support of the organisations IT needs.
  • Participate in and contribute to the long and mediumterm decisions concerning the organisations IT roadmap.
  • Providing guidance and advice to Leaders and Managers on projects that are of strategic significance.
  • Contribute to continuous operational improvement through knowledge of Aspects business the external context and contemporary practice in own area of expertise.

This is a full time permanent role. The fulltime equivalent annual salary ranges from $190K to $215K inclusive of superannuation and is dependent on qualifications and experience. Click here to view the full position profile. 


Qualifications :

What you bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning deep learning and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse complex highvolume high dimensionality data and metadata from varying sources.
  • Strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
  • Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
  • National Police Clearance
