The Opportunity

As a leader within the Fraud Prevention team you will own the vision and strategic direction of Adobes global fraud prevention efforts. You will be responsible for driving innovative risk management practices guiding incident response protocols and ensuring we have robust security policies that protect our platform and our customers. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teamssuch as Platform Commerce Sales Legal IT Security Product and Customer Experienceyou will identify vulnerabilities orchestrate timely and effective mitigations and maintain Adobes reputation for delivering secure and trusted digital experiences.

What Youll Do

  • Craft Strategy & Vision: Define a longterm roadmap for fraud policy risk management and vulnerability mitigation that anticipates emerging threats and industry trends.
  • Use Actionable Intelligence: Develop and lead investigations demonstrating data analytics threat intelligence and rootcause analysis to build policies that address evolving fraud tactics.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and crossfunctional teams to advocate for solutions that reduce risk protect revenue and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead Risk & Vulnerability Management: Be responsible for the identification assessment and prioritization of vulnerabilities across Adobes extensive product ecosystem ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Build & Mentor Teams: Grow a highperforming team offraud professionals. Further collaboration continuous learning and innovation in fraud mitigation.
  • Incident Response & Crisis Management: Direct an enterprisewide response for suspected fraud and breaches ensuring that policies playbooks and communications align with standard processes.
  • Report & Refine: Present critical findings to senior leaders and global partners translating technical insights into clear strategic recommendations.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Leadership Experience: 1215 years in fraud prevention risk management or cybersecurity with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity being responsible for global programs or largescale security initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of sophisticated fraud detection tools vulnerability management systems and sophisticated security frameworks.
  • Business Sense: Adept at partnering with multiple functionsSales Commerce Platform align security strategies with business objectives driving growth while maintaining exacting security standards.
  • Analytical & Investigative Approach: Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to uncover fraud patterns conduct rootcause analysis and transform findings into scalable policies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Skilled at conveying complex ideas to nontechnical audiences and senior executives with the ability to influence decisionmaking across cross functional teams.
  • Team Builder & Mentor: Proven record of recruiting leading and motivating fraud professionals in highstakes environments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142700 $301100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
