The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and of multiple technology initiatives for Universal Parks & Resorts. This role will be a mix of handson program and project management across multiple initiatives. This individual will be responsible for providing supervision crossfunctional leadership and strategic direction on all aspects of the program.
The individual will focus on developing and managing program plans defining the implementation of application and infrastructure needs aligned to multiple business groups. This includes Sales & Marketing Revenue Operations Merchandising Food & Beverage Finance and Human Resources. The Program Manager will be responsible for working with Marketing Technology and Data & Analytics teams to ensure alignment on proposed solutions and will serve as the point of contact on programs initiatives and established budgets; in addition to creating project plans resource plans risk identification risk mitigation and timelines. This role also comprises of international project work across Universals Digital Platforms including but not limited to the international parks.
The Program Manager is essential for of the Technology Program. Universal invests millions of dollars in teams consisting often of more than 100 professionals to deliver valuable technology solutions for the company. The Program Manager keeps team Project Managers Scrum Masters and their teams on track and directly impacts Program success.
Bachelors degree or higher required. Information Technology or technical degree preferred.
This role is responsible for working across many departments and locations of Universal Parks & Resorts. The role requires an individual that can work effectively & positively in a highly complex and dynamic working environment. They will be asked to balance a broad set of priorities and ensure HR system and the related integration supports the business.
