Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 4 years in automation testing.
- Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
- Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright Selenium Cypress Appium or similar technologies.
- Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java JavaScript or similar) for automation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman Rest Assured or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatlngn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing developing and executing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Drive Behavior-Driven Development initiatives review feature files in Gherkin and oversee Automation execution.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional regression performance and scalability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product management development and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure robust test coverage.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web API and mobile applications using modern automation tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency test coverage and defect management.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices.
- Drive continuous improvements in software quality processes tools and best practices.
