Location
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. ITIL ServiceNow) are a plus.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT service delivery or IT service management.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering IT services within a corporate or service provider environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Experience with incident problem and change management processes.
- Proficiency in service management tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT services according to agreed service levels.
- Coordinate and oversee service requests and incidents ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders regarding IT service delivery performance and improvements.
- Monitor measure and report on service performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service management processes and procedures.
- Provide end-user support for IT-related queries and incidents.
