Job Summary

We are hiring! The Global Marking Manager Advanced Applications & Solutions is a candidate dedicated to fostering crossfunctional collaboration with Product Sales and Marketing teams promoting a positive culture that rewards learning collaboration and impactful contributions. Our dynamic environment empowers employees to deliver superior experiences for both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in executing effective multichannel programs to generate demand and accelerate the sales pipeline. The Global Marketing Manager for Advanced Applications & Solutions will activate integrated campaigns for target markets such as solar battery manufacturing and recycling mining and other viscous liquid applications. This role requires a robust understanding of demand generation programs for coordinating designs followups and expertise in campaign development and lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a longterm marketing strategy aligned directly with business goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate globally with crossfunctional marketing teams to build campaign plans based on demand generation principles and best practices.
  • Validate buyer persona data engage with internal stakeholders on campaign plans and create content to drive campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team on asset specifications and deliverables timing.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for various buyer personas differentiating our product offering from that of the competition.
  • Create engaging and educational content for targeted segments driving demand revenue and meeting relevant business goals.
  • Create and implement the marketing campaign calendar deliverables and deadlines.
  • Manage email marketing webinars social media blogs public relations SEO SEA and other content as needed.
  • Ensure all campaign leads are tracked scored and routed appropriately; regularly analyze campaign performance.
  • Extract insights and data from campaign plan; drive improvements in the process and tactic selection.
  • Analyze and measure campaign performance modifying structures to optimize results maximize engagement and drive revenue generation.
  • Regularly report campaign performance metrics and strategic activities to key stakeholders.
  • Lead mentor and communicate effectively with the team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with over 5 years of proven demand generation and digital marketing/lead generation experience yielding measurable project results.
    • Product Management or Sales experience a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving visibility and topline growth by managing marketing and demand generation teams.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing diverse lead and demand generation tactics such as inbound marketing email marketing content marketing SEO PPC and social media.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills high initiative and adept at collaborating across global teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of successful digital campaign components and processes.
  • Track record in developing gotomarket strategies for new product offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions for valuable business insights.
  • Experience strategically leveraging email video webinars eBooks whitepapers blogs social media and press to promote campaign programs and events.
  • Proficient in using one or more marketing automation tools.
  • Passionate about the dynamic intersection of technology and business innovation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with lead generation and sales enablement tools.
