About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program commencing 28th July 2025.

The 12month program is open to both recently graduated nurses as well as experienced nurses seeking to change specialties or move from a nonacute setting to the acute hospital setting. The TSP program aims to develop clinical skills support professional growth and encourage reflective practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Standards for Practice.

About you

The TSP program is designed to integrate and upskill your nursing capability to become competent within an acute care facility.

Your skills will include:

  • Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge clinical skills and critical thinking
  • Computer literacy and understanding of relevant information systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads with in a complex environment
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care and continued professional development
