David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Porto Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
- Assist customers with booking inquiries vehicle availability and reservation modifications.
- Provide guidance on policies insurance options and additional services to ensure a smooth experience
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote valueadded services to meet customer needs and drive revenue
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently maintaining a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain accurate records of interactions transactions and case resolutions in the system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Dutch (C2 both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred)
- Proven ability in sales with a strong resultsdriven approach
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology
- Skilled at recognizing business opportunities and recommending relevant services to customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities
