Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone email and chat to address inquiries resolve issues and provide assistance.

  2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to address customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.

  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions transactions and resolutions.

  5. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.
