Job Description
The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing LMUs alumni and donor CRM in support of universitys philanthropic and engagement efforts. The CRMknown as LMU IQ and running Affinaquest Advancement RM on Salesforceserves as the system of truth for the entire UA division and its 100 staff. The CRM Administator ensures the secure and efficient management of advancement data improves functionality of the system and supports end users while also promoting adoption.

Position Specific Accountabilities
Administer and maintain LMU IQ managing functional configurations of the system to support the business needs of University Advancement. 30 Support operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilized for alumni and donor communications. 20 Manage organizationlevel security settings for LMU IQ including user roles permissions and groups. Partner with ITS to ensure appropriate system access.
10 Collaborate with DASR colleagues on the wide range of analytics projects: from setting up data pulls to assisting with reporting and dashboard development. 10 Serve as UAs resident expert on Salesforce and Advancement RM managed package providing indepth technical training to DASR colleagues and collaborating with UA trainer to develop and maintain a robust user training curriculum for LMU IQ. Stay continually up to date with Salesforce and Affinaquest products and roadmap. 10 Work closely with ITS Affinaquest and Salesforce on regular system upgrades and patches. 5 Assist DASR colleagues and ITS with troubleshooting integrations between LMU IQ and other platforms including Workday Banner online giving and event systems as well as any others that may need to consume or write data back to the UA CRM. 10 Perform other duties as assigned or requested. 5

Requisite Qualifications
A bachelors degree in data analysis data science business analytics or equivalent experience. Five or more years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator credentials required. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required including handson knowledge of data extensions template management etc. Experience with advancement managed packages like Affinaquest ARM or Kindsight ascend strongly preferred. Exposure to Higher Ed advancement data and understanding of basic fundraising principles highly desired. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning APEX programming and SOQL is beneficial. Handson experience developing configuration using formulas workflows approval processes custom objects and fields sharing rules page layouts record types permission sets reports and dashboards a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. Talend or MuleSoft certification is a plus. Familiarity with reporting productivity and analytics tools like Tableau CRM Analytics Apsona or similar required. Accuracy and attention to detail in a deadlinedriven environment are essential. Understanding of LMUs mission and University Advancement fundraising.
