Job Description;
We seek a consultant to remotely support global Retail & Hospitality clients. Training will be provided on ICG ERP (Windows) & HIOPOS (Android Cloud ERP).
Requirements:
Provide Remote Implementation Training & support on the ICG (Windows platform) and
Hiopos ICG Cloud platform)
- They will identify problems and requirements analyze operational procedures develop business process solutions prepare work flowcharts and make database configurations.
- Writing of Microsoft SQL queries to provide custom reports troubleshoot windows /network related issues.
- Provide Remote Implementation Training & support on the ICG (Windows platform) and Hiopos ICG Cloud platform)
Preferred candidate profile ;
34 years of experience with strong knowledge in Inventory Management Systems and processes.
- Experience with cloud ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics BC Oracle Net suite Odoo etc.
- Android OS background is a plus
- Ability to train users and resolve operational challenges.
- Knowledge of Business processes like Purchase Sales Inventory Transfers.
- Understanding of Retail Ecommerce & Restaurant processes (Desktop POS Inventory Accounting)
- MS SQL knowledge for queries & troubleshooting
- Windows & network troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Retail POS software & hardware
- Advantage if the candidate has worked with any of the well know midmarket cloud ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics BC Oracle Netsuite Odoo Focus or even any of the local POS softwares such as IDINE Gofrugal Pet Pooja Ginesys Marg Retail POS or anything similar.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and resolve operational inefficiencies.
