Job Description
1. Should be able to coordinate/interact with BA developers and Business users and identify test scenarios and write test cases for RAG GenAI applications.
2. Should have Test-Driven Development approach.
3. Should have experience with Python scripting and RAG application architecture & Agentic framework. Tester should be able to automate test cases for testing GenAI applications for security accuracy and performance and should have fair understanding of prompt engineering.
4. Design test cases that simulate various real world scenarios and user interactions and design strategy to prioritize testing based on criticality and potential impact of different scenarios.
5. Should have good communication skills
6. Should work in 12:30 to 9:30PM shift and should be open to stretch on need basis.
