Azienda di trasporti e spedizioni ricerca una figura per la gestione della segreteria generale.
La risorsa si occuper di:
- gestione del centralino e della posta elettronica
- accoglienza e gestione clienti e fornitori
- coordinamento archivio registro fatture e archiviazione documenti
Requisiti:
- buona conoscenza informatica di base
- buona organizzazione e precisione
- diploma di maturit buone
- capacit relazionali.
Si propone un contratto a termine rinnovabile.
