The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of systems and technologies deployed in ETPs production environment. This role covers all aspects of quality assurance including planning documenting executing and validating tests (manual and automated) ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing efforts for largescale platforms (e.g. SAP JDA).
Oversee the design and of automated and manual testing processes.
Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and thirdparty QA vendors (onshore/offshore).
Execute quality and testing audits across IT functions to ensure consistent adherence to standards.
Track report and analyze QA metrics (defects test results statuses).
Define test strategies plans scripts and data requirements.
Assist in tool implementation and maintenance (e.g. HP ALM CI/CD DevOps).
Stay current with QA best practices and tools; recommend process improvements.
Provide coaching and development to QA Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Deliver QA training programs and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Support integration and regression testing cycles and coordinate defect resolution.
Act as a subject matter expert in QA practices company technologies and business workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years as a QA Analyst or Business Analyst.
Handson experience with largescale platforms (SAP JDA).
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and QA processes.
Experience working with offshore QA teams and 3rdparty vendors.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. ABAP Java Python C# and deployment tools (e.g. Turnover QGM).
Strong communication time management analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree.
SAFe Agile certification.
Experience leading business engagement during testing cycles.
Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
Experience with regression and performance testing for scheduled software releases.
Proven ability to improve QA practices and mentor QA staff.
Familiarity with HP ALM or similar tools for tracking QA metrics.
