Tasks
Gather analyze and document business requirements
Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories use cases or functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders developers and testers throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in and support Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning demos retrospectives)
Use process modeling tools to visualize and communicate workflows
Coordinate and support testing efforts including defining test scenarios and reviewing test results
Maintain documentation in Confluence and track tasks/issues in JIRA
Help ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining technical feasibility
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex/technical environment
- Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories or use cases with close attention to detail
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g. daily standups sprint planning retrospectives)
- Basic understanding of XML/XSD and SQL to support technical specifications
- Handson experience with JIRA Confluence Figma and process modelling tools (e.g. BPMN
- Experience or familiarity with test management tools is a plus
