Job Description
Project/Client: fintech
Location: Lithuania preferred (hybrid: remote with office presence for kickoff)
Start date: Within one month
Language: English (fluent required)
Role Overview:
Join a fintech team to drive automation and quality assurance for next-generation digital products.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 years in QA automation
- Strong automation and test design skills
- Experience with CI/CD
- Proficient in defect analysis QA tools and Agile processes
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented analytical and a strong communicator
- Experience with UK payment regulations is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases (functional regression integration performance)
- Automate tests using tools like Selenium and Playwright
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and report bugs collaborating with developers
- Analyze test failures production issues and coverage
- Document tests and mentor junior QA engineers
English: upper-intermediate
