Job Description

Project/Client: fintech
Location: Lithuania preferred (hybrid: remote with office presence for kickoff)
Start date: Within one month
Language: English (fluent required)

Role Overview:
Join a fintech team to drive automation and quality assurance for next-generation digital products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 years in QA automation
  • Strong automation and test design skills
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Proficient in defect analysis QA tools and Agile processes
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented analytical and a strong communicator
  • Experience with UK payment regulations is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases (functional regression integration performance)
  • Automate tests using tools like Selenium and Playwright
  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify and report bugs collaborating with developers
  • Analyze test failures production issues and coverage
  • Document tests and mentor junior QA engineers
