Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 10 paid hours per week 2 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday flexible between 9AM to 5PM Auckland NZ

Job Description

We re seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our client s dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage both financial operations and administrative tasks for a growing service business. You ll work directly with company leadership utilizing modern cloudbased accounting software and business management tools. The position provides excellent exposure to endtoend business operations while offering schedule flexibility and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software
  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for external accountants
  • Organize and manage business email communications
  • Coordinate with integrated job management systems
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and financial records
  • Support general administrative operations
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements
  • Monitor and track key financial metrics
  • Assist with documentation and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience with Xero accounting software
  • Proven track record in accounts receivable and payable management
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in email management and digital organization
  • Experience with cloudbased business software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and proactive mindset
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
