JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A US RECRUITER
Your Responsibilities as a US Recruiter would be: Collaborate with the Talent Director and recruiters to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies. Utilize social media job boards networking and career fairs to identify potential candidates. Engage with passive candidates and discuss potential opportunities. Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates. Stay current with industry trends to attract top talent. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and industry insights. Interact with candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Indeed). Craft and send recruiting emails. Coordinate with the Talent Director on position requirements. Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search). Manage candidate interview schedules. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Promote our employer brand online and offline. Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications as a US Recruiter: Bachelor s degree in human resources management or similar is strongly preferred. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc). Handson experience with various selection processes (video interviewing phone interviewing reference check etc.. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (tray activities work samples psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc.. Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Handson experience with recruiting software as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Excellent communication interpersonal skills and strong decisionmaking skills. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Strong time management and organization skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Punctuality and readiness for work Compliance with all rules policies procedures and conditions of employment outlined in the Employee Handbook Strict prohibition against working under the influence of alcohol or illegal Zero tolerance for any form of violence discrimination or harassment
