What Youll Be Doing

Be part of our client s team as a Contracts Coordinator where you ll handle the endtoend contract process reviewing organizing and managing key documentation with precision and accuracy. Youll collaborate closely with legal procurement and finance teams ensuring compliance and efficiency every step of the way.

The Essentials You Need to Know
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 PM 05:00 AM (Manila time)
Work Setup: Onsite in Ortigas (with possible transition to hybrid or WFH)

What You ll Own and Do

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Review new renewal and amendment contract workflows to ensure alignment with action types naming conventions and documentation standards
  • Verify contract metadata including effective and expiration dates descriptions costs and budget status in MUSC s contract management platform (Symplr)
  • Upload and versioncontrol all supporting documentation (e.g. Word format agreements)

Compliance & Legal Review Support

  • Apply redlines and track changes per MUSC s Contract Provisions Playbook
  • Ensure correct usage of legal entity names payment terms governing laws and indemnification clauses
  • Confirm payment terms by crossreferencing supplier data in Workday/ERP systems and apply the correct Net terms (e.g. Net 30 ePayables Net 45 ACH)

Workflow Coordination

  • Collaborate with phase owners and internal stakeholders via Symplr Teams and email to collect missing information corrections or approvals (e.g. unbudgeted spend justifications)
  • Provide comments and recommendations for next steps including routing to appropriate Category Managers
  • Decline or return workflows when necessary to maintain data integrity and ensure audit readiness

Document Management

  • Download agreements for offline editing and reupload updated versions with tracked changes
  • Tag updates in Symplr with clear explanations and @mentions to notify stakeholders

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas to improve turnaround time and reduce rework through SOP enhancements
  • Partner with onshore teams to align offshore operations with MUSCs strategic sourcing and compliance frameworks

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Legal Management Supply Chain or a related field
  • 2 4 years of experience in contract administration legal review procurement or compliance
  • Experience with healthcare contracts and organizations (preferred)

Technical & Process Skills

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle platforms such as Symplr Coupa Workday or SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Track Changes redlining) Excel and collaboration tools (MS Teams Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of legal language contract clauses and healthcare procurement standards

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Proactive responsive and capable of working independently within EST time zone requirements
