Job Description
Your mission
- You are responsible for preparing national and international payroll in collaboration with our service providers in each respective country (Germany Italy Poland France Spain Austria & USA)
- You act as a trusted advisor to our employees and managers on all labor law and contractual matters
- You liaise with our legal counsel when needed and support the implementation of new labor and contract law requirements
- You are responsible for creating developing and reviewingHRrelated documents
- You work with international law firms to draft bilingual employment contracts for new employees abroad
- You ensure our contract templates are up to date and continuously improve them in terms of content
- You support the further development of Personio which is our HR management system
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree or further training in payroll accounting human resources or business administration or labor law
- You have already gained experience with international payroll accounting
- You have several years of experience in a labor law personnel function in which you have drawn up employment contracts and contract adjustments yourself
- Your strengths include aresponsible and structured way of working combined with high quality standards
- You communicate fluently in German and English
