What Youll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as an Operations Manager and lead a highperforming offshore team in driving supply chain efficiency data quality and reporting excellence across multiple functions while ensuring alignment with U.S. leadership and realtime operational goals.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (EST)
Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas (Potential for WFH or Hybrid)
What You ll Take Charge Of
Leadership and Operations Oversight
- Lead daily operations of a crossfunctional offshore supply chain support team
- Manage staffing shift schedules task delegation and performance coaching
- Ensure seamless alignment with teams and enable realtime collaboration
Stakeholder Management and Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and Associate Director of Strategy
- Create and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards and improvement reports
- Identify and escalate operational risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively
Functional Domain Oversight
- Oversee timely invoice processing exception resolution and aging report accuracy (Accounts Payable)
- Ensure accurate purchase orders and contract documentation (Buyers and Contract Coordination)
- Maintain highquality vendor and item records; lead master data audits (Master Data Management)
- Validate data reporting accuracy and support ad hoc analysis using Power BI (Data Quality & BI)
- Monitor price changes and ensure vendor pricing compliance (Supply Chain Pricing)
Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Lead initiatives for automation standardization and process redesign
- Monitor compliance with SLAs and SOPs and enforce internal control measures
Requirements
What You ll Need to Succeed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Operations Supply Chain or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in shared services healthcare or supply chain
- Proven ability to manage multifunctional offshore teams
Technical and Leadership Skills
- Proficient in ERP systems such as Workday Oracle or SAP
- Skilled in using Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work in U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours
