Position Overview:
As a Member Advisor at Anytime Fitness your mission is to drive membership growth while delivering an exceptional member experience. Youll be the first-person prospective members meetso your energy enthusiasm and passion for fitness will play a key role in building our club community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee gym operations on a daily basis including member services equipment maintenance and facility management.
- Lead and motivate the gym staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve membership growth targets.
- Membership Sales: Actively generate leads follow up with prospects and close sales to meet monthly goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing member experience and retention.
- Assist in the recruitment training and performance management of staff.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service to members and guestsgreeting everyone warmly answering inquiries and offering solutions.
- Tours & Consultations: Conduct engaging club tours and fitness consultations to highlight the benefits of Anytime Fitness.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local events outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the brand.
- Administrative Support: Handle membership paperwork update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Club Presentation: Ensure the club is always clean welcoming and aligned with Anytime Fitness standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with personal trainers managers and other staff to deliver a unified and motivating member experience.

- Comfortable working with CRM software and social media platforms.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
The Duty Manager will work in a dynamic gym environment that can be fast-paced and physically demanding. The role requires flexibility often involving shifts or weekends. The manager will be expected to interact daily with a diverse membership base and manage staff in a team-oriented engaging atmosphere. Full compliance with health and safety standards is expected at all times.
