Job Description

With over 55 years of presence in the Greek market Autohellas is one of the largest car rental import distribution and retail companies in Greece in terms of both its turnover and the size of the fleet it operates.

The Group is active in 9 countries and has the largest private network in the car rental sector with over 150 service points. Autohellas is the largest Hertz franchisee worldwide and the first to introduce Operating leasing in Greece in 1989 under the brand Hertz.

Since its takeover of Velmar and Technocar Seat in 2016 it has been expanding its activities in the import and sale of cars.

In December 2017 it gained control of 70% of Hyundai Hellas and Kia Hellas while in May 2023 Autohellas gained control of 51% of the import and distribution of the Abarth Alfa Romeo Fiat Fiat Professional and Jeep brands in Greece.

Autohellas Hertz is seeking for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Paiania.

Core Responsibilities

OBJECTIVE

The Operations Administrator is responsible for the timely management of all administration procedures following sales. Her/his main responsibility is to offer our customer a smooth after sales experience by securing that all necessary documentation is sent correctly and on time and vehicles are delivered in a professionally manner.

COMMERCIAL ACUMEN

Ability to understand contracts terms in order to ensure correct contract documents have been sent to customers and to be capable of analytically explaining them.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Further enhance customer service level by monitoring day-to-day communication with customers concerning various issues and developing new ways of servicing.

Deal with customers complaints and escalations giving fast and effective solutions.

CORRECT PRODUCT ORDERING & TIMELY DELIVERY OF VEHICLES

Secure that customer receives exact car of his preference (type color extra equipment) by developing procedures that cross-check correct car ordering.

Maintain vehicle Registration Queue with proper statuses.

Investigate and determine root cause of issues or failures and work to reduce exposure that could result in an operational loss.

Develop procedures that minimize vehicle delivery time to customer while securing revenue for our company.

The post holder would need to Identify and quickly resolve problems to allow the business to operate effectively.
