Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Understand the business environment and the role of a Marketing and Business Development function
- Perform extensive research on our products and working with the marketing team on a plan.
- Understand the business environment and the role of a Marketing and Business Development function.
- Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various Marketing activities.
- Work with Business heads and Stakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals by leveraging the Marketing and Business Development function.
- Working with internal teams for new ideas and strategies.
- Periodically presentation on marketing activities to management and stakeholders to assess new needs and set direction.
- Monitoring analytics and impact of content developed.
- Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day to day activities
- Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
- Work with reporting manager business heads and internal teams to capture data and present insights on marketing activities to achieve business goals.
- Helping the marketing team to followup and improve the digital marketing strategy.
- Keep uptodate with digital marketing trends.

Internship Work Timings at Abhyaz
FullTime Interns 11 AM 5 PM) Must be fully available in the virtual office. Allowed to take scheduled breaks.
PartTime Interns Slot 1: 11 AM 2 PM Slot 2: 2 PM 5 PM Interns must be present in the virtual office during their chosen slot.
OffTime Batch (Flexible Work Hours) Must report to the virtual office between 5 PM 6:30 PM. Work hours outside this period are flexible based on availability. Mentors will be available until 6:30 PM. Interns should provide task updates to the Project Management Executive.

Requirements
- Bachelors/ Masters degree specializing in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute Or certification course from any reputed institute in Digital Marketing.
- Good conceptual knowledge in Marketing
- Good Communication skills.
- Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
- Any prior Marketing or Sales internship
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
- Must have a laptop/ Computer Smartphone and uninterrupted internet connection with noise cancellation headphones
