Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HRBP team by providing daytoday support of administrative work assisting with auditing and reporting and preparing presentations and other materials. This role will be key in reviewing organizing and analyzing data preparing business summaries and providing critical support to initiatives. The Senior HRBP Coordinator will be held accountable in partnering with other Centers of Expertise (COE) team members to deploy the driven data and analytics to the business.

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented HR Business Partner Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team ensuring smooth operations and compliance with various regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:Respond to queries in the ticketing system process employee offboarding approve transactions in Workday and conduct meal break violation audits.
  • Training Support:Assist in ongoing leader and employee training for Workday and other technology initiatives.
  • Data Management:Compile job profiles from the job catalog for reorganization or analysis and review courses in the Learning Management System to address training needs.
  • Employee Engagement:Organize and analyze responses from stay and exit interviews track trends and escalate feedback.
  • Reporting:Prepare quarterly business summaries by reviewing dashboards and compiling Employee Relations metrics and other data.
  • Project Assistance:Support various HRBP projects and initiatives including workforce planning succession planning and process improvement.
  • Compliance:Ensure all employee handbooks and policies are uptodate with legislative requirements and assist with compliance efforts related to employment laws and industryspecific regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks:Perform ad hoc reporting tracking and analysis of HRBP metrics and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree required; Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience:23 years in a Human Resources environment with previous HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems.
  • Certifications:Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRMCP preferred.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 $32.00 per hour.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
