We are looking for you located in Trier or 100 remote in Germany as a

Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal

Your responsibilities:

  • Workflow orientated product management for a Patient Portal (web portal and mobile app)

  • Fulfilling the Product Owner role (Ensure continuous process and milestone compliant development)

  • Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS

  • Ensuring interoperability (ISiK FHIR HL7 v2 and data privacy

  • Analysis prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends

  • Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with endusers UX designers and development teams

  • Communication with our customers and development partners

  • Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams (crossteam cooperation and communication)

  • Definition of UserJourneys in cooperation with UX designers and customers

  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy

  • Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes in the interaction between Patient Portal and ORBIS

  • Preparation of manuals and product documentation

Your qualifications and skill requirements:

  • A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector)

  • Working experience in Software Product Management or equivalent

  • 2yr hospital patient admission and treatment processes or equivalent

  • Reliability

  • Enjoy challenges and finding solutions

  • Very well structured and organizedas well as very good knowledge of clinical processes

  • Affinity for valueoriented digitalization

  • Very strong human relations skillsand excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)

  • KHZG and FHIR knowledge of advantage
