Position Purpose
Validate and process dealer claims and returns within an allotted timeframe.
Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Is the key point of contact for all dealer claims and return requests from the JCB Dealer Network as well as internal and external customers
Identifying claims in SAP requiring review and processing
Review and validate claims with supporting documentation
Interacting with dealers for any required additional information
Provides proactive customer support through ongoing review and administration of dealer claims and returns
Work with inventory control and JCB North American depots to partner on claim processing
Provides any other customer support required and performs any other activities necessary to meet and exceed department goals and expectations
Minimum Qualifications
Must pass applicable drug screens background checks and preemployment tests
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years experience within a manufacturing or dealer environment in a similar industry
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or related field
Five years experience within a manufacturing or dealer environment in a similar industry
