Responsibilities and Impact:
Automotive Insights Technology & Development team are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills who can demonstrate experience in project and stakeholder management. You will play a key part in helping to successfully deliver interesting technical initiatives enabling modernization and transformation across the technology environment that will help to drive improvements for our businesses and clients.
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
Assist in team development while holding team accountable for their commitments removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
Define and manage a welldefined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives
Monitor and track the progress of all technology project tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
Regularly update and maintain comprehensive project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes in scope or timeline.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment of project goals and to facilitate the efficient use of resources
Regularly review project processes and make necessary improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreedupon standards and expectations
Coordinate and schedule meetings with divisional teams and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns
Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed of meeting outcomes and action items
Regularly assess the health of the project identifying any areas of concern and taking corrective action as necessary
Establish clear project milestones and track progress towards achieving these milestones
Evaluate and prioritize projects based on organizational needs and resource availability
Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and the corporate technical services teams ensuring alignment with corporate project management standards and practices
What We Are Looking For:
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred or relevant equivalent work experience
Proven 8 10 years of experience in IT project management. Ability to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Agile
Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centres networks virtual environments storage and application support and processes
Knowledge of IT security concepts processes and tools
Good understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS
Preferred Skills:
Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 or ITIL can be beneficial
