Are you a handson leader with a passion for financial systems and process excellence The Oracle Financials Integration Process Lead will be crucial in implementing Oracle Financials Cloud within the Clinical Trails Division. This role focuses on ensuring functional excellence across finance modules: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Procurement.

We seek an experienced finance process leader to oversee the endtoend implementation of Oracle Financials from a functional perspective. You will collaborate with finance leaders IT site teams SOX and implementation partners to define requirements harmonize global processes lead user testing and drive adoption.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance processes ERP system implementation (preferably Oracle) and crossfunctional leadership. You will help shape and optimize our finance processes ensuring they are scalable and efficient.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of key functional areas in a highvisibility transformation initiative and give to modernizing our global finance

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the team to achieve operational excellence quality and innovation in Oracle implementation.
  • Process Oversight: Manage the implementation of General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Procurement ensuring adherence to standard processes.
  • Global Harmonization: Harmonize key processes across geographies for global consistency and efficiency.
  • Consultation and Direction: Provide expert consultation to team members fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • PMO Support: Collaborate with the PMO to align project goals minimize risks and support broader objectives.
  • User Testing & Validation: Coordinate endtoend User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring thorough testing to minimize postimplementation issues.
  • Change Management & User Adoption: Inspire change management and training efforts for smooth system adoption and business readiness.

A day in the Life:

  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with leadership across functions to continuously improve business processes and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with internal colleagues and leaders to enhance information exchange and project delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure coordination across geographies business areas and functions for superior project and service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with leadership to supervise operational performance resource allocation financial health and strategic planning.
  • Future Shaping: Work on shaping and refining processes for the future ensuring that our business operations remain cuttingedge and efficient.
  • Issue Resolution: Apply systems and tools to identify and address risks and issues supporting teams to achieve key milestones in the Oracle Financials Implementation.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.

Experience

  • 57 years of experience in Oracle ERP or Financials system implementation.
  • Proven experience in aligning key business users and adoptin a Change Champion model.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Strong financial competence in budgeting forecasting and resource management.
  • Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills with the ability to lead complex situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Cultural awareness to work effectively across geographies and cultures.
  • Expertise in process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to drive strategic plans through relationships influencing others and critical thinking.
