Job Description

Amazon Fashion & Fitness is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the offsite traffic strategy for Fashion and Fitness categories. This role requires a unique blend of marketing knowhow consumer psychology and trend forecasting ensuring our selection reaches the right customers with the right messaging at the right time.

Our mission is to establish Amazon as the premiere destination for fashion and fitness. This Senior PMM will take a highly analytical and experimental approach to offsite traffic leveraging external channelspaid media affiliates influencers organic content and emerging platformsto drive highintent customers into our ecosystem. They will own the intersection of datadriven decisionmaking and trendright storytelling ensuring that marketing initiatives are not only measurable and scalable but also resonate deeply with evolving customer behavior and industry trends.

The ideal candidate is equal parts scientist and storytelleran expert in performance marketing algorithmdriven distribution and creative experimentation. They should have deep experience in analyzing multitouch attribution incrementality and media efficiency while simultaneously being attuned to fashion fitness and cultural trends that shape consumer intent. This role requires comfort navigating realtime analytics testing velocity and largescale automation alongside a strong instinct for building brand equity through content innovation.

Key job responsibilities
Architect test and scale offsite traffic strategies that integrate datadriven performance marketing with trendsensitive creative .
Build excellent working relationships with offsite channel teams incorporating key priorities to their roadmaps.
Develop and refine methodologies to measure incrementality attribution and customer lifetime value across multiple acquisition channels.
Drive fullfunnel media strategies optimizing paid affiliate influencer and organic content initiatives to balance efficiency with brand impact.
Collaborate closely with product engineering and analytics teams to refine traffic algorithms machine learning models and dynamic audience segmentation.
Build realtime dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms to monitor traffic effectiveness test results and creative resonance.
Stay ahead of fashion fitness and digital content trends ensuring Amazon is at the forefront of consumer engagement.
Work crossfunctionally with creative editorial and merchandising teams to turn data insights into compelling highconverting narratives.
Lead a culture of experimentationcontinuously running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging frameworks audience targeting and content formats.
Influence senior stakeholders and advocate for investment in emerging marketing technologies to enhance traffic acquisition and conversion.

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
