We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help drive our companys growth to new heights.
As a Sr. BDE you will identify new business opportunities build and maintain client relationships and close deals with potential clients. If you have a proven track record of business development and are passionate about web design and digital marketing we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify market niches & Generate leads through networking cold calling cold email cold messages and other marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and pitch our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients
- Understand clients requirements and tailor our offerings to suit their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Work closely with our project coordination teams to ensure clients needs are met
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 24 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the web design and digital marketing industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for web design and digital marketing
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
