About the job

We are looking for a strategic and creative Event Planner Manager to lead the planning and of highimpact events that enhance brand engagement and business growth. This role is responsible for developing event strategies managing budgets and ensuring seamless .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative event strategies that align with the companys goals.
Design event themes schedules and ow to deliver engaging experiences.
Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost eciency while maintaining event quality.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on event objectives and logistics.
Supervise onsite operations troubleshoot in realtime and conduct postevent analysis for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Business or a related eld.
3 years of experience in event planning project management or marketingrelated roles.
Strong creativity and problemsolving skills to craft engaging event experiences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors partners and internal teams.
Detailoriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the nance or trading sector is a plus but not required.
Prociency in Vietnamese and English is required; additional language skills are a plus
