Job Description

As a Market Manager you ll take the lead in building and scaling paid marketing campaigns across search social and display platforms. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize performance manage vendor relationships and ensure costeffective user acquisition across web and mobile.

Job Overview

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: 12 PM 8 PM MK Time
Work setup: Remote / Work from Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Lead paid search social shopping display and video campaigns endtoend.
  • Develop user acquisition strategies via paid media and app store optimization (ASO).
  • Scale paid media initiatives with regional and platformspecific leads.
  • Manage Google Facebook YouTube TikTok and other ad platforms.
  • Collaborate on daily/weekly/monthly reporting and enhance marketing analytics.
  • Optimize campaigns using copy testing budget allocation keyword analysis etc.
  • Oversee product feed marketing efforts (e.g. Google Shopping Facebook DPA).
  • Work with creatives and influencer teams to align assets and messaging.
  • Drive CPA targets and customer acquisition goals.
  • Maintain vendor and agency relationships.
  • Keep certifications up to date (e.g. Google Ads).

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 4 5 years in paid search social display or video marketing.
  • Proven campaign ownership from strategy through postcampaign analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms: Google Ads Facebook Ads YouTube etc.
  • Strong command of performance metrics: CPA ROAS LTV churn etc.
  • Familiar with marketing tools: AppsFlyer Adjust GA Excel (pivot/formulas).
  • Selfdriven and thrives in fastpaced performancedriven settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with platforms like Asana and collaboration tools is a plus.
