ICAN is seeking a full time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Your Role:

• Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management caseload of approximately 810 clients
• Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
• Conduct assessments
  
• Submit semiannual reevaluations and ensure progress across goals
• Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists occupational therapists physical therapists and psychologists
• Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs

Requirements:

• Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders required experience in ABA
• Passing background screening and verification
• Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
