Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Greater Columbus OH area 25-26 School YearPositions: Full Time and Part Time In PersonPay: $55-$60 per hour based on experience ($79k-$86k per school year)Sign On Bonus: $2000Daily Schedule: Mon-FriAbout:St. Marks Therapy is an therapist-owned company committed to the treatment of children using empirical and efficacious strategies and methods in order to support each child on their journey to reaching his or her greatest Description:We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst with experience working with children in the public school setting. New graduates are welcome to apply!Required Education Certification and Experience:Masters DegreeBCBA CertificationCurrent COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)Position Qualifications:Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Strong assessment and organizational skillsCollaborate with other members of the educational teamComplete required documentation for students on caseloadStrong communication and technology skillsAbility to pass state and federal background checkPosition Duties:Submit required daily billing and student logConduct student assessments such as VBMAPP Vineland Essentials for Living and implement treatment plansComplete progress reports and monitor treatmentAssist with team member training mentoring and supervision of BCBAs BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicableCollaborate and communicate with students family caregivers and other service providers as appropriateProvide direct services to students and their familiesMeet with clinical staff regularly to review progressDocument progress notes reports and other updates on a routine necessary documentation for IEPs and other service plansAttend regularly scheduled to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of :Sign on/retention bonus: $2000Paid for Direct and Indirect ServicesPaid Mileage as applicableTherapist Owned - very supportive work culture!Deadline: Until Filled
