About this Role:
Team is looking for a wellrounded and motivated Servicenow Developer who will be a part of the team.
What Youll Do:
Provide subject matter expertise in design development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform to drive continuous improvement
Provide technical guidance to junior developers
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality based on ServiceNow best practices
Proactively identify issues troubleshoot issues and provide fixes work on Support tickets
Help stakeholders adopt to new features of ServiceNow
Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
Document processes or Technical Design Documents
Work closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions
What Youll Need:
5 years experience in software development in ServiceNow
Must Have:
Handson experience working on ITOM (Discovery Service Mapping CMDB CSDM Event Management) HRSD ITSM Pro (Virtual Agent Predictive Intelligence Performance Analytics). Worked on at least two projects in these areas.
Possess advanced ServiceNow Technical skills Business Rules Script Includes Client scripts UI Policies ACLs Import Sets Transform maps MID Server configuration
Worked on Integrating ServiceNow with other tools.
Experience guiding junior developers
Experience working with Business Analyst and Architect to provide solutions and estimate level of effort
Experience working in Agile methodology
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Certifications :Certified Servicenow Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM or HRSD or ITSM / Certified application developer.
