Position Summary
As part of the Hispanic Strategy Team you will join a South Floridabased team that cares for the wellbeing of our customers and colleagues by working together in a supportive collaborate and agile environment.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our exciting team focused on driving growth through product and service offerings to attract and retain retail customers with a focus on multicultural audiences. The Manager role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both marketing strategy and crossfunctional areas across the organization while leading the of integrated marketing plans to meet business goals. You will support the development of marketing strategy and plans for several business initiatives. You will work closely with crossfunctional business partners to gain a deep understanding of the consumer and provide thorough consumer and marketplace analysis to help develop breakthrough marketing ideas founded in consumer insights.
Responsibilities:
Tactical Project
Support the overall marketing strategy for multicultural consumer segments helping to reach and engage new audiences to build longterm growth for the business.
Contribute to retail marketing onsite digital and CRM communications strategy continuing to support efforts to be more consumerobsessed by providing relevant content to the right people at the right time.
Assist in the development of marketing plans leveraging consumer insights and data to inform the mining and prioritization of consumer messaging that will drive brand awareness consideration and preference.
Lead development and of campaign deliverables across paid owned and earned channels including maintaining marketing project schedules and status reports.
Establish strong relationships and closely collaborate with internal and external business partners including CVS Digital Corporate Communications Enterprise Insights Media Creative Legal Analytics and agency partners to support the of project plans.
Assume accountability for smaller scale projects from managing timelines and gaining internal approvals to invoicing.
Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmaps and playbook to support managing Front Store strategy at the direction of the Senior Manager or Lead Director balancing short term with long term strategies.
Execute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal support.
Partner with Sr. Manager or Lead Director to communicate plans risks and opportunities from working team up to executive leadership.
Leads and participates in meetings/calls with corporate partners and retail executives. Follows up on strategic initiatives and KPI performance
Strategy Planning
Support the Hispanic Strategy team in scaling marketing digital capabilities for our Hispanic stores.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for CVS.
Proactively selfeducate around retail and marketing industry trends to identify best practice new opportunities for CVS.
Support the Marketing Lead Director in developing an effective communication strategy and roadmap for alerting both internal and external leaders of anticipated changes partnering with communication as needed
AdHoc Analytics
Leverage analytics reports and tools to measure success identify learnings and continually optimize marketing activities.
Manage annual budget partnering with finance and business partners to ensure timely and accurate payment and reporting.
Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to marketing activations/campaign.
Translate data insights into meaningful insights and actions
Required Qualifications
5 years of marketing experience with exposure to broad range of integrated marketing tactics and paid owned and earned media channels.
1 year of experience working with multicultural consumer segments
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
1 year of experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
Regular and reliable attendance during normal working hours as established by the leader.
Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Travel requirements up to 25 travel expected.

Preferred Qualifications
8 years of fulltime work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
8 years experience building highperforming teams.
8 years experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both shortterm and longterm goals.
8 years experience influencing without authority.
Experience in brand marketing
Experience in retail marketing
Knowledge of change management techniques a plus
Experience in creating playbooks and risk mitigation strategies.
Advanced degree
Education

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60300.00 $145860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
