Position Summary:

As a Senior Manager of Health Care Delivery (HCD) Performance Management you will provide support for all financial planning and analysis for Health Care Delivery. Reporting to the Lead Director of HCD Finance youll be responsible for the management and consolidation of HCD financial deliverables including forecasting and yearly budgeting. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to streamlining financial planning and analysis processes enhancing data accuracy and improving efficiency

• Leads the creation of executive presentations including earnings preparation documents and Board of Directors materials

• Administers indepth financial analysis including variance analysis trend analysis and profitability analysis to identify areas of improvement costsaving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.

• Communicates strategy analysis insights and recommendations to HCD leadership to support decisionmaking at the executive level

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years related accounting/financial experience business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting

• Proficiency with S4 or other financial systems

• Exhibited excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to confidently and expertly interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

• Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health Care Delivery Business Knowledge

• Advanced degree in Business

• Established analytical ability strategic thinker learn and process new information quickly

• Intellectually curious eager to gain new experiences qualifications and responsibilities

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
