Job Description
Amazon Legal is looking for a talented compliance specialist to support its Ring Blink Key and Sidewalk businesses working from Rings Hawthorne office in the Los Angeles area. You will work on regulatory and litigation compliance and our global privacy and data protection program and a broad range of other areas: operations international expansion product development go to market marketing advertising and more. Our work is intellectually challenging exciting and fastpaced. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business. Key job responsibilities
Implementing our regulatory litigation and global privacy and data protection compliance programs and processes
Counseling product and engineering teams in the areas of privacy cybersecurity consumer protection product marketing intellectual property and digital media
Reviewing customerfacing assets such as product marketing press releases customer support scripts
Creating and implementing legal tools guidelines training and process improvements
Assisting legal team with research and managing crossfunctional projects as assigned
Working with U.S. and nonU.S counsel
Providing support to the business on other legal matters on an asneeded basis
Some travel domestic and international may be required
3 years of compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience handling confidential information
3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
