We are now on the hunt for a Digital CRO Manager to lead the strategy and optimisation of our digital conversion efforts ensuring we provide a seamless highperforming online experience that drives measurable business growth.

About the Role:

As the Digital CRO Manager youll be responsible for analyzing testing and refining our digital touchpoints to maximise lead generation and online conversions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will collaborate closely with UX/UI SEO paid media and development teams to implement datadriven strategies that elevate the customer journey and achieve outstanding conversion performance.

Conversion Strategy &

  • Develop and implement a robust CRO strategy aligned with our business and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct audits to identify opportunities for conversion improvements across the website and landing pages.
  • Lead the design and analysis of A/B multivariate and user testing initiatives.
  • Create highconverting user flows wireframes and hypotheses for testing.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse key digital funnel metrics (bounce rates clickthrough rates form completions etc. to identify friction points.
  • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics Hotjar etc. to derive actionable insights and track impact of optimisation strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with digital design and development teams to implement and validate CRO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation and CRM teams to ensure continuity in messaging and user experience.
  • Contribute to website development projects to ensure conversion goals are embedded in the design.

UX & Customer Journey Optimisation

  • Champion a usercentric design philosophy ensuring digital experiences are intuitive engaging and conversionoptimised.
  • Continuously iterate on site navigation layout content and forms to reduce dropoffs and improve user satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends competitor behaviour and customer insights to inform strategic direction.

About You:

  • 4 years of experience in CRO digital optimisation or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels user journeys and landing page optimisation.
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize Optimizely VWO).
  • Solid experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Tag Manager and Hotjar.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • A datadriven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into meaningful action.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Bonus points for experience in eCommerce healthcare or highvalue service sectors.
