You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe team is looking for a talented and experienced individual to lead the marketing and commercial activities of our dermatology portfolio. Through innovative tactics and a teamoriented approach the brand managerDermatology will play a pivotal role in marketing new treatment options. This position is based in Montreal (SaintLaurent) and reports to the Marketing ManagerDermatology.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and successfully implementing the commercial marketing plans
Developing implementing and measuring tactics aligned to strategies identified in the brand plan
Managing and strategically spending the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget
Communicating strategic goals positioning messaging and tactical plans to internal customers field sales force and external agencies
Analyzing market issues and opportunities and communicate findings to brand team and to senior management.
Planning and developing sales promotional materials and coordinating field team meetings
Support the team for the planning and coordination of the national sales meetings and cycle meetings.
Ensure successful collaboration between agency of record and AbbVie internal partners (advertising AbbVie Care Patient relations).
Work collaboratively with external vendors
Collaborate with International Area & affiliate colleagues to optimize total dermatology portfolio performance now and in the future
Qualifications :
Education/Experience required:
Bachelors degree in Commerce Science or related field is required.
Relevant marketing experience with a proven track record within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry:
o Marketing experience within a relevant therapeutic area is a strength (minimum two years).
o Immunology and/or Dermatology experience preferred
o Experience with digital/virtual programs deployment is an asset
Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans activities timelines targeting) and operating with excellence.
Essential skills and abilities:
Advanced French and English language proficiency (oral and written).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word etc..
Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform daytoday tasks).
Travel required approx. 25 of the time.
Valid drivers license and passport.

Excel in marketing by translating a very precise positioning into marketing tactics and sales force .
Collaborate and contribute to the brand team as an effective and genuine team player.
Prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the brand.
Prepare and deliver presentations to the different stakeholders; adapt key messages to the audience.
Drive and Manage Projects.
Propose new and innovative marketing solutions.
