What will you do
We are looking for you to assist our team in providing solutions for our wide client and candidate base. We offer an alternative approach to a traditional consulting firm and proudly assist our clients with a variety of business transformation and consultative project solutions. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurial recruitment and/or business development professionals looking to leverage their technical skills ability to build rapport and to identify business challenges faced by CSuite and Business Owners. If you have strong desire to run your own consulting business with the support and tools of a multinational organization that is invested in your success this could be the opportunity for you.
Who are you
You are openminded curious and hardworking. You will enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business. You are a critical thinker who can make quick decisions with determination to find the best outcome for all. Ideally you have experience working in business development sales or a recruitment solutionsoriented role.

Demonstrates a high level of knowledge in regard to business solutions pertaining to financial strategy industry knowledge business trends and talent solutions
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and experienced in dealing with pressure tight deadlines and meeting client expectations
Strong desire to succeed demonstrate determination and resilience
Business development experience is a plus
Strongly motivated by achieving personal and clients financial goals
Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit
