Job Description

As a Remote Pump Monitoring and Reliability Engineer you ll be the expert behind realtime system insights that keep industrial operations running smoothly. Using advanced ESA technology you ll analyze pump and water systems spot issues before they escalate and support high service levels. You ll work closely with Netherlandsbased teams ensuring optimal performance beyond core business hours.

Job Overview
Employment type: Indefinite Term Contract
Shift: Day Shift; Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Work setup: Remote/Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of pump and water systems remotely using ESA technology
  • Interpreting AIgenerated data to detect anomalies and early signs of mechanical issues
  • Diagnosing and reporting potential system failures before they impact operations
  • Generating detailed reports on asset conditions trends and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with onsite teams in the Netherlands to improve maintenance and reliability strategies
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical Aerospace or Civil Engineering (with relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in condition monitoring and/or reliabilitycentered maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions
  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a fully remote setup
