Role Description:
The Manager Growth Strategy Analytics will play a critical role in driving datadriven decisionmaking strategic thinking and incentive design to accelerate the growth of Oak Street Health membership. The role will be responsible for providing actionable insights analyzing Growth performance and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Growth team. This position will join a team of Associates / Senior Associates and will report to the Senior Director of Growth Strategy & Analytics and ultimately to the VP of Growth Effectiveness & Strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and perform data reporting / analytics to inform decisionmaking across the Growth organization
Provide datadriven recommendations to optimize sales strategies improve team performance and drive growth
Design and manage project implementation of growthfocused initiatives including supporting change management for centerbased teammates
Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
Support sales leaders with accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data market conditions and other relevant variables; assist in developing and refining sales targets and teammate performance management
Support reporting process improvement
Assist in the development and delivery of training and sessions for the field ensuring they have access to the tools data and resources needed to succeed
Provide coaching to junior associates
Other strategic / analytical priorities as determined by VP of Growth Effectiveness
Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for
57 years of applicable experience
Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an easytounderstand format
Expertise in data analysis and leveraging data/analytics to solve problems; experience in reporting tools such as Excel and Powerpoint (or GoogleSheets GoogleSlides)
Experience with Alteryx SQL Tableau Power BI or similar platforms is a plus
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools is a plus
Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fastpaced environment
Experience with healthcare and valuebased care
Experience in a leadership or mentorship role guiding other analysts or sales support professionals
US work authorization

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66330.00 $145860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
