Amazon Pay is seeking an experienced marketing professional to own the development and measurement of highimpact marketing content that connects our offering to our customers needs. The Sr Marketing Manager has a deep understanding of our product priorities and business customers segments and needs and can translate multiple inputs and data into a marketing content strategy and messaging framework that is cohesive and relevant. They will develop new and compelling foundational marketing contents and assets understand and benefit from the social media landscape evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions on how to evolve our messaging and content. The successful candidate is a selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating crossfunctional stakeholders with strong attention to detail and who strives in a fastpaced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain a scalable product messaging framework with relevant segments. Collaborate with Product and Category Leadership teams to understand and incorporate selling points that meet customer backward needs.
Identify and create compelling marketing collateral playbooks and brand artefacts that help drive business value social conversations and campaign effectiveness.
Define our social media mission and lead planning & for organic and paid engagement.
Bring strong understanding of marketing principles branding and positioning strategies to aid brand planning strategy.
7 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
MBA
Experience in B2B digital advertising and adtech products/services
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights
Experience in marketing or marketing research
