About your new employer:

About the role:
- Advising clients on complex corporate matters including corporate M&A succession plans asset protection and commercial IT/IP as well as general commercial;
- Working alongside field leading Partners and Special Counsels.
- Highprofile M&A and private equity transactions with a particular focus on the technology and knowledge economy sectors.
The ideal candidate:
- LawyerAssociate/Senior Associate 3 PQE
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Experience in corporate law from national or toptier firm with a strong focus on M&A.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to provide clear accurate summaries from complex legal matters.
