Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdrivenAccount Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible foracquiring and managing a portfolio of client accounts building strongrelationships and ensuring client satisfaction and growth. The account managerwill be responsible for generating leads scheduling meetings and closingaccounts with a clear target driven approach. The Account Manager will serve asthe primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries resolvingissues and providing expert guidance on our payroll and attendance solutions.
- Buildinga strong predictable client acquisition pipeline for MoM growth with clearfocus on increasing MRR.
- Build astrong network of prospects in the target segment of Salary Box
- Understandclients business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet theirobjectives.
- Workclosely with the teams to identify potential leads for the acquisition of newclients
- Developand maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
- Serve asthe main point of contact for client inquiries concerns and escalations.
- Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services toclients.
- Conductregular checkins with clients to review performance address any issues andidentify opportunities for growth
- Coordinatethe implementation of new clients including system setup training andongoing support.
- Proactivelyidentify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existingclients.
- Provenexperience in new sales client acquisition account management and customerservice
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport andtrust with clients.
- Excellentproblemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Knowledgeof attendance and payroll processing industry.
- Familiarity with basic CRM software(
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Detailorientedwith a commitment to delivering highquality results and service to clients.
- Flexibilityto adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
- Previousexperience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus.
