The role
The manager Legal Services will be a member of the operations group reporting to the Head of Finance.
The role will be responsible for receiving and assessing requests for legal advice/support and allocating and managing progress internally or externally as appropriate
The Manager legal services will also be responsible for tracking and advising key areas of the business of upcoming compliance or regulatory obligations and introduce workflows templates and processes to standardise legal services.
The Manager Legal Services may also be called upon to provide legal advice in relation to proposed contracts negotiated through the Commercialisation team.
