- Assist with corporate entity management including maintaining and updating corporate records
- Review analyze and support the negotiation of various commercial contracts under attorney supervision
- Draft corporate resolutions and other governancerelated documents
- Support the legal team in responding to KYC and due diligence requests from financial institutions vendors and business partners
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance compliance and regulatory matters as needed
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
- Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as assigned
- Current law student 2L or 3L preferred)
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
- Ability to work onsite 23 days in our Miami office
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior legal internship or experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a plus
Primary Location Salary Range:
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22
