As theSenior Manager of Marketing Analytics you will play a pivotal role in driving performance optimization for the EMEA Digital Experience Marketing organization. This leadership position requires an individual who can build and deliver against a robust reporting and analysis roadmap while directly managing and coaching analysts. You will be a playercoach with the ability to train others and roll up your sleeves on technical details and data to drive real business insight and clear measurement strategy at all levels of the organization.
What Youll Do:
Serve as a critical business partner to the VP of EMEA Marketing and an essential part of their extended staff on all things Marketing Analytics and Business Insights.
Drive performance insights for the EMEA Marketing Organization including the introduction of inspection cadences that support campaign and channel optimizations.
Deliver insightful readouts providing recommendations through data that advises strategic shifts for their business.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts providing handson coaching and career development.
Provide measurement thought leadership and introduce outsidein best practices to inject innovation into current state measurement capabilities.
Build and complete a multiquarter analysis and measurement innovation roadmap with inputs from the marketing leadership team.
Drive business requirements for technical projects that will transform Adobes ability to measure success of accountbased initiatives.
Plan a key role in the overall global operating cadence related to monthly/quarterly business reviews partnering with key crossfunctional business partners to drive high levels of insight for the business.
What You Need to Succeed:
Significant experience in marketing analytics in a B2B environment
Proven experience leading a B2B analytics function with a track record of developing analysts and helping direct staff grow in their careers.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Statistics Finance Economics or other relevant fields.
Domain expertise in B2B marketing strategy and measurement approaches.
Ability to translate asks from marketing partners into technical requirements to drive crossfunctional projects with engineering and technology partners.
Experience in SQL Advanced Excel BI tools and datadriven storytelling.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement with a proven track record of driving measurement strategy and analysis with senior leadership.
